The pools were fantastic, and the oceanfront view from my room was stunning. Check-in took way too long, and the elevators were frustratingly slow during peak times.

Water park was a hit with the kids, lots of fun activities. Check-in was chaotic and took a long time. Pool areas were really crowded, hard to find a chair sometimes.

Everything you need is right there. Lots of pools, hot tubs, and an area for kids to splash around.
It wasn't cheap, but still reasonable.

Compass Cove offers a fantastic variety of pools that are perfect for families. Unfortunately, our room experience was disappointing—broken air conditioning, cleanliness issues, and maintenance delays overshadowed our stay. An amazing pool area can't make up for the overall lack of upkeep and customer service.

Excellent location and pool variety; kids loved it! The front desk staff were friendly, and being pet-friendly is a plus for families. the check-in process was painfully slow, with long lines despite available staff. The cleanliness of our room left much to be desired—musty smells and dirty furniture made it unpleasant. A few small maintenance issues, like the missing shower curtain, added to the frustration. Despite the fun amenities, it felt like the property was struggling with upkeep, which cast a shadow over the overall experience.

My stay was highlighted by a stunning ocean view from my second-floor room, and the convenience of having plenty of pools to swim in right at my fingertips made for a relaxing getaway. The hotel is just a short walk, less than 5 minutes, to the beach, and less than a 5-minute stroll to Crow's Nest Oceanfront Bar & Grill where I enjoyed delicious meals. There were also exciting attractions nearby, like Radical Ropes Adventure Park, just around the corner at 700 meters, and Jurassic Mini Golf, only a little over 900 meters away, perfect for some family-friendly fun. Although the housekeeping staff was impressive and very attentive, the overall cleanliness of the grounds could use some improvement but didn't take away from my overall experience.

The beach access right outside our room was a dream! 😊 The kids had a blast sliding down water slides and floating in the lazy river. 🌊 The view from the 14th floor was absolutely stunning, making every moment magical!

We had such a rough time at the hotel! The room was filthy, with leftover food in the fridge and dirty cups. Plus, our door wouldn’t lock properly after multiple maintenance visits, leaving us feeling completely unsafe. Just disappointing!

The location was awesome, right by the beach! Rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. Plus, the on-site restaurants had really good food. The elevator situation was a bit chaotic at check-in time, and I wished my room had a better view since palm trees blocked it a little.

Great location with easy beach access. Multiple pools and a Lazy River kept crowds manageable. Rooms were comfortable, though some need TLC—broken furniture and dirt buildup were noticeable. The ocean view was stunning, and the friendly staff enhanced the experience. a long wait for check-in and a room with lingering smoke odor dampened the arrival. The amenities were family-friendly, especially for my grandkids. I did encounter cleanliness issues, with cockroaches and maintenance problems. Breakfast is not complimentary, but reasonably priced. it's a solid choice for families, but some areas demand improvement. A 4 out of 5, but my expectations remain high for the next visit.

The ocean view from my 8th floor condo is stunning. The pools are a hit with the kids, and the grills are perfect for making lunches after beach days.
The floors could use a serious scrub.

Spacious room, beautiful room with a clean and comfortable three-bedroom condo that was just right for our family of six, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time together while exploring the nearby attractions.

The view from my room was fantastic, giving a clear sight of the beach. The beds, however, were uncomfortable and the sheets bore stains. The room temperature was manageable, but could have used better control. Noise levels were tolerable, allowing for some peace. The kitchen area was lacking—limited pots and pans made cooking challenging. I appreciated the breakfast buffet; it was a good price compared to dining out. The stove took a while to heat up, which was inconvenient. the room's condition and cleanliness need attention for a more pleasant stay.

Loved the variety of pools and being right on the beach. Great location with beautiful views. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for a weekend getaway.
The balcony was dirty and moldy, making it unpleasant to spend time outside. The key system was frustrating, not activating keys until 4 pm, and locking restrooms before then.

The view from our room was stunning, overlooking the beautiful beach and ocean. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the water, allowing us to easily relax and enjoy the beach throughout our stay. Additionally, the staff members we interacted with were friendly and helpful, adding to a pleasant experience during our trip.
There were some issues during our stay that detracted from our overall enjoyment. The room we were initially placed in had cleanliness issues and maintenance issues, such as broken furniture and appliances.

We hit up Drifters Saloon for some killer darts and brews, then caught the massive fireworks show at Broadway at the Beach. We also conquered the wild water slides at the resort - total adrenaline rush!
We wished there was a happening beach bonfire or a DJ party at the resort to keep the party vibes going all night long! .

The ABBA tribute show and dragon boat festival were fab. The pools were lovely, and the ocean view was stunning.
My room at one point resembled a circus more than a hotel room.

Great kids water park and pool, multiple clean pools, stunning room view, helpful staff, on-site Starbucks and restaurant.

With the kids, we had a blast on the Compass Cove's Splash Slide and Fly Ride! The pools offered a great time for the family. The hotel location was ideal for enjoying a family getaway.
My wife says that perhaps a kid-friendly dining option would be beneficial for families.

The beach was beautiful and not too crowded, providing a perfect setting for family fun. The staff were helpful and prompt in addressing any issues we encountered. We truly enjoyed our stay despite a few minor inconveniences. I would recommend this hotel.

We loved the sitting area, it was cozy and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The kitchen was well-equipped with cookware and utensils, making it convenient for preparing meals. there were a few things that could use improvement. The AM/FM alarm clock in the room was not working properly, which was a bit frustrating. The flat-screen TV had some issues with the picture quality, and the laundry facilities were a bit outdated.

compass cove is an oceanfront property with comfortable beds and clean rooms. the breakfast bar and amenities keep children occupied, and there is a Starbucks on the property. the staff is helpful and the food is wonderful.

My solo stay at this beachfront hotel was everything I could have hoped for. The Indigo Building provided comfortable rooms with breathtaking ocean views. The friendly staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, and the amenities were exceptional. I enjoyed swimming in the outdoor pool, working out at the fitness center, and spending time at the beach just steps away. The location was perfect, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for bike week.
Elevator issues were a minor inconvenience during my stay.

the room was huge and had a kitchen - balcony with ocean view - many pools - hot tubs - lazy rivers, and free DVD rentals. the location was great and very close to the elevator. the bartenders Liz - Asia, and Gage were absolutely amazing, and we came to the bar every single night because of them.
Would be happy to recommend.
